Chitose Airport Hotel - Chitose (Hokkaido)

Conveniently located near JR Chitose Station. Free airport shuttle service is a huge plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the essentials. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee on the ground floor ☕

Choosing for lunch Morimoto Honten, which is situated 1000 feet away was a good idea. We appreciated staying at chitose airport.

The bathroom felt a bit smaller than average, though it wasn't a deal-breaker. Noise from adjacent rooms can become disruptive during the night.

I appreciated the clean facilities, but the laundry situation was inconvenient since detergent isn't included. I had to buy a sachet at the front office. The shuttle bus driver didn't help with luggage. It made a challenging start for me since I had a large bag to manage. Despite those issues, the convenience of the free airport shuttle and friendly atmosphere were nice.

This place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, a friendly staff, and convenient luggage storage. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost car keys. I recommend trying the onsen nearby. I'm coming back for a business trip.
